Blending
This works on one measure at a time, on purpose. A blend that hits the alcohol but ruins the acid isn’t a solution. Check each measure separately, so you can see what a blend gives up.
50% A to 50% B. Bench-trial the blend before you move any wine. The numbers work on paper, but the wine still has to taste right.
